I am interested in participating! What do I do?
If you decide that you want to take part, you will have to sign a consent form. If you are not 18 yet, you will also have to ask your parents to sign a consent form where they indicate that they agree that you can participate in this educational research. You can pick up a detailed information letter and a consent form from the main office.
When you return your signed consent forms to the office, you will receive the link to the online questionnaire as well as an online sign up for a focus group interview.
